And here we go again about the performance fee.
If performance fees is payable, then shares will be purchase on market. So no dilution effect. Check out the discussions few weeks back and there is a video where dr s has stated that.
I would much rather the fee is payable every year, that is a sign that tge share price is appreciating which mean better outcome for shareholders.
