    This has been done the death, but I will answer you.
    The shares were listed At 35c giving a market cap of 127M

    As per the formula, shows the shares at 41c giving you a market cap of 150M that's a rise of 6c or 17% increase, so the performance fee is about 200k

    The management fee is 1.2% per year drawn monthly.
