17.5% of market cap paid out in fees?, page-9

Thanks. Is the investment performance fee paid out anually like the investment management fee, or is it just a one off? Prospectus isnt entirely clear. Im not sure what the small one liner comments in this thread are refering to. It will be interesting to track the company and what fees they pay out. Lots of potential for success here if they keep their profits in house and reinject them to generate further equity.
