    Both parties know the true worth of the Company as they have representation on the board.
    I am sure at the end of the day the NTA will be a lot higher than the 24c quoted today.
    The friends of both parties know that and that's why they are willing to pay 19.5c plus for the shares.
    In 3 months we will have the answer.
