The question I keep asking myself is can AH convert this current MOU into a satisfactory water tight contract? What would satisfactory be to the long term faithful shareholder.
It will be interesting to witness the outcome of the current negotiations. Can AH retain 50% of Ngualla or higher for the current shareholders in return for a fully funded project? As shareholders of PEK I ask you what outcome would satisfy you and what wouldn't satisfy you.
