For a start they didnt expire in 2015 as stated in the notice. The 5B appendix in the 9/10/12 quartily activity report showed them as 750,000 @ 60c, 750,000 @ 90c, 750,000 @ $1.20. My thoughts other than the date error, may relate to Richard Beasley's resignation, as Dave Hammond as Technical Director is to assume the technical functions previously performed by the now resigned Managing Director. Alister Hunter will act as Executive Chairman.Cutting costs???. Compensation for resignation??? Im not going to speculate to what may of happened in house.
