Hopefully the raising will be fully subscribed, but the overall mkt sentiment (now the R-word; surprise-surprise) has been officially mentioned by the PM doesn't help a approx. doubling of on-issues atm.
If I was a current holder, the imminent prospect of an under-subscription, possibly followed by a Euroz/underwriter dump-strategy would be a valid concern (not a down-ramp).
If this occurs, the buy-side would look far more favourable and may cushion the blow completely; but I'm not confident enough, as yet, to select LT Buy.
