moseley: VERY EASY to handle, really: For emails you can simply use the "delete" function. For phone calls you can put on an answering machine that you will have to press multiple functions first before leaving a message after a wait of about 20 minutes to get through to that function.... I know from personal experience with certain companies how they CAN (IF they want to) get away with NOT giving any answers at all...
PERHAPS AGS is different - would highly doubt this, however.... I most certainly do NOT want to call them from overseas and waste funds on this!
Emails only get answered by serious companies resp. serious managements. That is my experience thus far.
