The problem here is that if Heathgate don't provide them with info then they don't have anything to announce. I asked Bob why don't they take legal to force the flow of information and he suggested it was not preferable. So AGS sit and wait and so do we.

Like most I would find it hard to believe that at some point in time Heathgate are suddenly going to put everything on the table so we can make an informed decision on the sale price. And what faith will we have to its accuracy...........not much I would imagine.
