I was re-evaluating this investment the other day and kept reminding myself that the new CEO needs time to make an impact. It felt to me like he'd been there 6 months or so. Then I actually looked back and it's been 17 months!
I mean, he's stabilised the business somewhat but, man, I was expecting a lot more...
I think they've done some intelligent things in unifying the brand and building out the MVNO offering, but is it enough? Where is the product innovation? Aside from some tinkering around the edges, the watches are essentially unchanged.
ALSO, the reviews on the Spacetalk website are now terrible. Management needs to do something to address this urgently...
