17 New Suburbs north of Melbourne

    It was reported on Melbourne's main talkback radio 3AW that 17 new suburbs on the northern fringe of Melbourne were to be opened up generating some 50,000 new blocks of land. Tim Pallas the Victorian Treasurer gave some commentary regarding developing new public transport links into these new areas.

    These areas are where Villa World has major land holdings, Donnybrook and Wollert.

    More good news for the business.
