My estimates of value , when we consider the market cap of nst - some $2.4b, is that the 49% of the ekjv is probably worth around $500m plus billion $320m plus Ghana $20m to $50m, plus property $5m , gives us around $845m plus, allocated 3/4 to tbr $634m and 1/4 to Rnd $211m.
If we negate the 13m tbr shares that Rnd owns and the 26m Rnd that tbr owns , we are left with 37m tbr shares to share the $634m or some $17 per share and 34m Rnd shares to share $211m or some $6.20- less the Liberian option dilution.
