Checked my SMSF tax statement from 2015 year
All of the funds are unrestricted non-preserved
Withdrawal benefit at 30 June must be preserved = 0
Withdrawal benefit at 30 June restricted non-preserved = 0
Total Benefit
In the event of death:
Death benefit plus withdrawal benefit = total funds
In the event of TPD: (not sure what that means)
TPD benefit plus withdrawal benefit = total funds
So I think I'm ok.
About 10 years ago we took advantage to the 3 years rule and rolled it over
