Could be a number of reasons for today's volume, financial close and fully underwritten means 'this is going to happen now', risks are a lot lower. It could be institutional investors that missed out wanting more at these low prices, it could be investors that would want more than 11-20 more shares from the raise, thus the buying pressure to get in now.
