    Agree and disagree with the comment about potential returns.

    1700% does seem well out of court but if major changes to the resource estimate ocurred, then who know's. 100% top range is way too light IMO. With some obvious assumptions that may vary significantly and the following inputs:

    Copper $2.50 lb
    Zinc $1800 T
    Lead $2000 T
    Gold $600 oz
    Silver $10
    AUD/USD 1
    90 day rate 7.5%

    You get a value above above $1.00, in the court of the Brokers valuations in fact.

    If someone jumped in now with a TO then maybe $1.00 would get CSE but anytime after April/May, they will have to pay more.
