@logco; Andrews's government has already accepted responsibility for the second wave of Covid19 that ravaged Victoria. Two of Victoria's most senior bureaucrats and the Minister for Health stepped aside - that before Justice Coates delivered her findings. Andrews also made many changes to the structure and processes for which his government is responsible.
But Victoria neither owns nor operates the federal government's aged care facilities and has no responsibility for them.
Morrison's aged care facilities were indeed responsible for 720 of those deaths. They have not accepted responsibility and Morrison has not fixed what was oh-so rotten and wrong with them - note that no-one died in Victorian aged care facilities. Under Morrison no-one ever gets held to account, especially Hymn!
Your decision to ignore Morrison's irresponsible failure to ban travel with Covid ravaged countries other than China is noted. Likewise your denial of Morrison's constitutional responsibility for quarantine.
