Berejiklian already appears to be wilting. The situation in NSW is going off the rails, messaging is as clear as mud and compliance with restrictions is emerging as a significant issue.
Small wonder Andrews just reduced the size of the NSW-Vic border bubble and intimated that more may have to be done if the virus keeps escaping from Greater Sydney.
