ANNREP: DIL: 2011 Annual Report
Please be advised that since the release of Diligent's unaudited preliminary
announcement, our after tax net income and net assets have had a positive
change of USD$1,145,091. This change is pursuant to US GAAP Accounting
Standards Codification 740 - Income Taxes, and is due to the release of a
portion of the valuation allowance previously recorded against net deferred
tax assets (see Note 12 in Notes to the Consolidated Financial Statements).
This changes our final audited Profit From Ordinary Activities After Income
Tax to USD$3,302,383 and our earnings per share to USD$0.04 (basic) and
USD$0.03 (diluted).
