NOTICE PURSUANT  TO  LISTING  RULE 10.8.1(d)

Michael Hill International Limited (the  'Company') advises pursuant to
Listing Rule 10.8.1(d) that Oliver Keene, Group Merchandise and Supply Chain
Executive, has resigned from the Company effective from the end of March
2012.
A further announcement will be made in due course relating to his
replacement.
The Board thanks Mr Keene for his significant contribution to the Company.
