I dont think it will drift there, but I could be wrong.
Compare KAR to it's peer group - Pancontinental, Bounty, EPR, NXS per-Apache deal.
None of them have or had a valuation similar to KARs.
It was a momentum-driven bubble, and on the way down that is working in reverse.
The other significant point is that KAR have committed to about $5m worth of onshore and offshore seismic. A farmin partner might pay for that, but it's more likely that KAR will need to offer shares to make up that cash.
The more their price drops, the more dilution you'll need per million dollars.
