The SP is the barometer for deciding whether to buy, hold or sell a share.
The equation is simple for me. I am a value investor, will buy or hold as long as I perceive sufficient present value to exist behind the SP, to justify the SP.
Two provisos however. If I can see any circumstances capable of chipping away at that value of the company or the management can't put on a credible show, I will turn to a seller.
Perkoa remains a risk to value until it proves itself, but in the worst case can always be diluted, cut away or sold before doing damage to the company.
Kitumba and Mumbwa must be the focus for the value at the moment. PFS will tell the value story in the short term and I assume that with the new results coming in, Kitumba will be an evolving story over the remainder of the year. The core is starting to look robust IMO.
Lets hope for the best and see what happens after that.
