MEETING: MVN: 2012 Annual Meeting & Closing Date for Director Nominations

Methven Limited advises that the Annual Meeting of Methven Limited will be
held on 19 July 2012. The venue will be advised in the forthcoming Notice of
Meeting.

For the purposes of NZSX Listing Rule 3.3.5, Methven Limited advises that the
closing date for nomination of directors is 1 June 2012.
