GENERAL: WHS: WHS - Date for removal from ASX Official List
The Warehouse Group Limited ("the Company") announced on 29 March 2012 that
it had received conditional approval from ASX for removal from the ASX
official list.
ASX has confirmed that the Company will be removed from the ASX official list
with effect from close of business on Friday 29 June 2012. Trading of WHS
shares on both ASX and NZX will continue until close of trading on Friday 22
June 2012. WHS shares will be suspended from trading on ASX from close of
trading on 22 June 2012 to allow time for the settlement of all WHS share
trades on ASX prior to the removal of WHS from the ASX official list. From
the opening of trading on Monday 25 June 2012 WHS shares will only trade on
NZX.
The Company has provided a copy of a letter to shareholders on its Australian
register advising details regarding the removal of the Company from the ASX
Official List.
