If a hostile bid was offered, and it got up, it would be the t/o of the year. The purchaser would laugh all the way to the bank. The forecast eps is
2009 31.9c = $3.19 a share on a p/e of 10
2010 39.1c = $3.91 a share on a p/e of 10
2011 45.8c = $4.58 a share on a p/e of 10
2012 52.7c = $5.27 a share on a p/e of 10
These numbers are based on the current business and has no aquisitions built in.
A 50% premium on the current price of $2.32 would be $3.47. I would resist with all my strength.
