QUARTER: DIL: Quarterly Update - Second Quarter 2012
Diligent Board Member Services Inc. (DIL) have provided NZX with their
Quarterly results (see attached).
Excerpt from attached Second Quarter Update:
We are pleased to announce another record-breaking quarter in New Sales and
Revenue for Diligent.
Diligent achieved New Sales of $US 7.0 million in the Second Quarter of 2012.
This extraordinary result is $US 0.5 million more than the New Sales record
set for in the First Quarter of 2012, and highlights the remarkable global
sales momentum and demand for the Boardbooks product.
As of June 30, 2012 Cumulative Sales have increased to $US 39.2 million ($NZ
49.2 million), an outstanding Sales growth achievement.
Additionally, Second Quarter Revenue of $US 10.1 million ($NZ 12.7) is almost
three times the $US 3.7 million in Revenue posted in the Second Quarter of
2011. As further evidence of the company's operational and financial
strength.
