PGC Market Update

Pyne Gould Corporation Limited ("PGC") has sold down the residual balance of
its investment in Heartland New Zealand Limited ("HNZ").
The shares sold are 15,208,375 ordinary shares PGC held in HNZ for a total
consideration of $7,908,355.00.
Following this trade, PGC (through its wholly owned subsidiary Torchlight
Securities Limited) no longer holds any shares in HNZ.
The proceeds of this sale will be used for further investment.
