CLARIFICATION OF STATUS OF GENEVA DEBT PROSPECTUS

Recent media reports have made reference to Geneva's future intention to
issue a debt prospectus:

E.G. One report stated:

  "the company hoped to reactivate its prospectus in the next three to six
months"

It is possible that these comments could be interpreted that Geneva had a
debt prospectus currently on issue.

To clarify this position:

At this juncture, the board of directors of Geneva, have not approved the
issue of a debt prospectus.

When the directors approve the company to issue its debt prospectus the
appropriate announcement will be made to the market.
