Acquisition of Cold Storage Business
South Port has commenced a due diligence process for the purchase of the cold
storage business of Southland Cool Stores Ltd located at Bluff. A decision on
the acquisition of the business is dependent on the outcome of the due
diligence investigation which is expected to take approximately 5 weeks.
