Thanks for all of your very helpful input. It gives us holders a lot more confidence going forward.

Just a clarification about the Convertible Notes. I had a look at the Norton Goldfields 2008 Annual Report as I noted another poster's comment that the share price needed to get to 62.5 (???) cents before Norton can force conversion to shares. The 2008 Annual Reoprt states on page 61 - "The Noteholders may convert the Notes into Ordinary Share Capital at any time up to 5 days before maturity at a conversion price of $0.25. The Company can force conversion of the Notes any time after 27 May 2008 if the average closing price of the Ordinary Share Capital for 20 consecutive days before conversion is greater than $0.375c".
