    I think that's right. They generally prefer the fullys,especially considering the short date.Probably something to do with their investment policy/guidelines.
    Could explain the lag. Lag will disappear as stability/consolidation of fpo's occurs.
    There'd be no lag if the technology was available for instant exercising of options rather than snail-mail method.
