The issue with PRW is knowing when to bail out. The last time PRW ran it topped out and then went all the way back to sub 20c bascially on the back of no news. Their projects don't have much substance so the buying to push this price rise must be from insiders (like last time). Therefore, the issue is when to sell out and take the gain and lets the next batch of shareholders ride it back down to sub 20 cents again.
