1st - Tell everyone what a good job you have done
2nd - Let your oposition tell everyone how poorly you have done and how out of touch you are
3rd - Produce the rabbit out of the hat that proves that you know what your talking about and that your oponent is out of touch
And they actualy pay campaign managers.
