Has anyone actually seen the report in the press that MHM allude to, and does anyone know how reliable the reporter of the story is.You know what reporters can be like with quality information,sometimes wrong!
In any case, it doesn't make sense that the Premier would make such a statement if the Project was not going ahead.What would be the point of making an announcement of the project not going ahead,wouldn't you want to just slip under the radar and hope no-one notices.If it didn't go ahead it would be a non-event except maybe for some Greenies and local people against it,of which I have heard nothing of.If it is an election winner or positive for the Tasmanian economy you would think that the statement made on the 3rd Febuary was to draw attention to positive news.
Just doesn't make sense!
