You have to be quick.

A BUY recommendation for RINKER (RIN) arrived from Bell Potter
on Wednesday morning at $18.10.

By the time we looked it up yesterday it was already "too late".

The shares were up 68c to $19 and had been up to a record
$19.08.

Actually, it's never "too late" in this hot market.

Except for the hapless TELSTRA, buying just keeps coming in new
waves for leading stocks.

It's been that way for Rinker since prices were below $11 this
time last year.

Bell Potter says the stock remains cheap compared with its US
peer group at a 7 per cent discount.

It expects EPS growth around 40 per cent this year with further,
albeit slower, growth in 2007.
