Saying UMC is of little significance is a joke.

Sure, THX could raise funds through a private raising, but that would mean someone other then the current shareholders would own a chunk of the company and you would be diluted.

You always owned the shares in UMC, now you own the cash from those shares ..... no dilution. Time to make that cash work for you.

Sure, down the track there will be placements but better to have management find more uranium now and bring the SP higher before having to go to the market. Much better to raise say $30 million by issuing 10 million shres at $3 in a years time then raising $30 million by issuing 50 million shares at 60c today.
