Now you would you think that it would be a very sensitive time last year after the litigation finished and the net result of it all was a 10 million + loss.

So if the board said 'we want to stuff your pockets with options' PC might have said 'Well thanks for the support guys but I don't think that is entirely appropriate right now'

But there was no resistance for PC, only from shareholders, including the instititutional shareholder, Hunter Hall.

Yet the board says 'hey, we don't value you, you're just shareholders, we run this baby, and we will do whatever we see fit."

And so PC gets his pockets stuffed, and people wonder why the credibly of management and the board is questioned
