I agree, tamiflu resistance should help benefit both Relenza and LANI. The novel swine flu H1N1 virus can now be tamiflu resistance AND spread person to person. Relenza as always still works just as well, the solution will be to stockpile more relenza and LANI and have Tamiflu as a backup. The more Tamiflu is used the more resistance will develop.

I'm not sure how global governments will react, hopefully they will stockpile Relenza in the belief it's a better long term drug. LANI couldn't have timed phase III completion better!
