Dazza - the SP may be over the 3c mark but you'll have much, much less shares. So the value is the same. You do get that, don't you? If you hold 1m shares and they do a 100:1 consolidation (like EXM - another failed goldie - are proposing) then post-consolidation you'll have 10,000 shares.
It's not some magical way of increasing SP.
