We saw an equal jump out of spec stocks last time when Greece and its debt worries dominated global markets.
Today's action could either be just that and traders snapping up shares at 0.7 and 0.8 which they didnt expect to get their hands on.
It could also be, just what rebel notes, the beginning of the push down before the spike, a repetitive signal before PNO runs.
Instinct is telling me, it a little bit of both, we are close to news.
