The chart looks a lot like it did back in 2015 when it was expecting to be getting major funding from a deal with KIG which once again was nothing , in this case the spike in price was based on expectation that funding was to be arriving at the end of 2020 from an unknown source which as we all know never happened.
Nothing to see here until the next lot of forward looking statements due on or before the end of July.
