    just something to think about , Dundee from Canada put a price target of 7c pre production for PEN , Dundee covers cameco as well which are Canadian based ,

    now why will Dundee bother with PEN...

    why would JPM want a slice of PEN?
    Blackrock has first right of refusal? for debt funding

    PEN to me looks like it's in the box seat to be the next producer ,in the words of Gus Simpson .."we have a clear path for construction once the final approval is given"
