    Yes, could be that OR that the judge has requested more documentation other than what was provided. Company needs to clarify ASAP.

    If the adjournment were to have been requested by the company - it seems incredible that they would seek an express hearing only to end up not being ready for the matter to be heard. Either way, we will find out soon enough I suppose.
