Last Friday after hour, there were 3 accouncements regarding 3 directors off load their shares, SM seems only converted 13k option to share, and the number is matching, IR converted 13k option to share but his share number increased 26k, which is double, GR sold 13k share at $18 which is less the half price of the closing price of $36.70, so there's a question to ask:

Hello. What occurred is trifling. The directors sold 13,000 shares each, which is nothing compared to the millions of shares they hold.
