You can't even get social housing... 100 miles long waiting list.
When rates rise, rental cost will go up through the roof in a tight market. Money will also rotate from the stock market into commodity, costing you even more to build a new house with scarce & expensive raw material/energy prices.
The gov will adopt digital currency globally... it's happening. It's going to be cashless society... we are on it now. The US is now slowly adopting digital USD...
