Good stuff, yes - I remember the collapse of the US housing market very well. Lots of people like Forged were saying it could never happen. It came off the back of crazy low interest rates. You are obsessed with property and no price is ever too much, I get it. Many others have the same view, it is a 'mass delusion'.
