I own 2 houses, but I'm not obsessed with property. I play piano, guitar & Golf, but I'm not obsessed with them.
The correction of the US housing market back in 2008 was because housing supplies exceeded demand (now the US house price exceeded the 2007 top... & goes up higher. Long term property always go up & up). Today The US housing stock are at historical low, similar situation in Australia. You cannot have a peak market when there is a supply deficit, regardless of interest rate & affordability.
Why are u so sensitive when someone mention high property prices, expensive rent, nice houses, etc... ? Why?
