Do you know why I’m looking forward to rate hikes? Because I know, every continuous rate hikes during inflationary cycle always create commodity supercycle. Since I’m investing all my money & super in commodity, I gladly waiting for tapering come to a fruition. When I exit my holding, goodness know when, maybe 5 yrs later or more? , I can easily or hopefully add another property or fix it in term depo with much higher interest. This is my play.

Cool.... Commodity prices actually dropped over the great depression......The inflation is already here - the rate increases will follow too late, this commodity cycle already saw its boom over the last 2 years of cheap money.
