It's always been a Ponzi scheme aided and abetted by far too much government interference. Our state governments need more and more money to pay for their out of control spending and white elephant projects - especially Victoria.
It was the State Treasurer in Vic who recently stated that duty on house sales with pay for all the screwups, expect stamp duty to rise.
