There’s so much equity in homes it’ll take something pretty dramatic to knock real estate on its head. Baby boomers have massive amounts of equity in realestate plus the mentality to hang on to their asset, plus the mentality not yo fall for reverse mortgages scam! It’s in their DNA.
When they fall off the perch it’ll get handed down.
