mid 1980s, 2000s & 2020. All have one thing in common; rampant inflation, consecutive rate hikes to slow it down a bit & commodity supercycle...
This time is much a bigger inflation event after massive money printing during covid & soon post-covid infrastucture/decarbonisation stimulus. Oil is heading to $200... along with other raw materials.
I can't comprehend why someone who "owned" 100+ properties don't understand this logic
